For independent window & door installers

Turn more local demand into sales appointments.

InstallerDemand helps established installers create more opportunities for the replacement work they actually want, then handles the follow-up between the initial enquiry and your sales diary.

You survey. You quote. You close. You install. We focus on creating and progressing the opportunities.

The goal isn’t more leads. It’s more chances to sell the right work.

A full inbox means very little if the enquiries are outside your area, looking for repairs, impossible to contact or never reach your diary.

InstallerDemand is being built around a different objective: create demand for the work you want, progress suitable enquiries, and give your sales process more opportunities to do its job.

  1. More of the work you want

Focus activity around the locations and replacement projects that matter to your business.

  2. More conversations worth having

Create a clearer route from initial homeowner interest to an agreed sales appointment.

  3. Less chasing from your team

Follow-up happens before an enquiry simply gets forgotten in an inbox.

An enquiry is only the beginning.

The real problem is what happens next.

We’ll call them later.

A new enquiry arrives while you’re surveying, quoting or managing installations. By the time somebody gets back to them, the moment may have passed.

That’s not the sort of job we want.

A name and phone number doesn’t tell you whether somebody wants one misted unit replaced or a house full of windows.

Did anything actually come from that marketing?

Enquiries happen. Quotes happen. Jobs happen. Without the journey being tracked consistently, it becomes difficult to understand what contributed to the result.

We manage the gap between generating interest and your sales appointment.

  1. 01

    Create demand

Put the installer in front of homeowners considering the types of replacement projects they want more of.

  2. 02

    Capture interest

Give interested homeowners a clear route to enquire and provide useful project information.

  3. 03

    Progress the enquiry

Follow up, establish whether the opportunity fits agreed criteria and move the conversation forward.

  4. 04

    Hand over the opportunity

When an appropriate appointment is agreed, the installer’s sales process takes over.

Campaign channels may include Facebook and Instagram depending on the agreed strategy.

One clear handoff.

We don’t try to replace your sales process. We aim to put more appropriate opportunities into it.

This works best when there’s already a good business to grow.

InstallerDemand is initially designed for established independent window and door installers that want additional residential replacement work.

  • Good completed work you can demonstrate.
  • Capacity for additional replacement projects.
  • Someone capable of handling sales appointments.
  • A defined service area.
  • Ability to invest in generating new business.
  • Willingness to report what happens after the appointment.

Our initial focus is residential replacement windows and doors, rather than repair-only, supply-only or new-build-only businesses.

Start focused. Learn what works. Improve from there.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Discuss the work you want, the areas you cover, the capacity you have and how sales works today.

  2. 02

    Agree the pilot

Agree the scope, budget, screening criteria, responsibilities and measures that matter.

  3. 03

    Launch and learn

Review enquiry quality, appointments, quotations and reported sales outcomes, then use that information to improve the process.

Built by someone who’s sat on the other side of the appointment.

Derrick

Founder

I’m Derrick. I’ve worked in window and heat-pump sales, so I’ve experienced the part of the process that starts after somebody becomes a “lead”.

A name and phone number isn’t the outcome. The opportunity becomes useful when there’s a genuine project, a relevant conversation and a salesperson with a chance to do their job.

That’s the thinking behind InstallerDemand: connect demand generation and follow-up instead of treating them as two separate problems.

Questions before a first conversation.

Do you work with homeowners?

We work for installation businesses. The installer provides surveys, quotations, technical advice and installation.

Do you only work with window and door companies?

That is our initial focus.

Are enquiries shared with other installers?

InstallerDemand does not resell a client’s campaign enquiries to other installers. Homeowners remain free to seek competing quotations independently.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

Criteria are agreed before launch. They may include service area, project type, authority to arrange the work, timing and explicit appointment agreement. Booked appointments, attended appointments, quotations and sales should be measured separately.

Is advertising spend included?

Advertising spend is separate from the InstallerDemand service fee. Both are agreed before work begins.

Do you guarantee sales?

No. Sales depend on factors including homeowner demand, marketing performance, pricing, appointment attendance, the quality of the quotation and the installer’s sales process.

Do I need to change my website?

Not necessarily. The appropriate enquiry-capture approach is agreed during setup.

How much does it cost?

Scope and pricing are discussed after understanding the business and deciding whether working together makes commercial sense.

Let’s talk about the work you want more of.

Tell us a little about your business and we’ll see whether InstallerDemand is the right fit.
